Check in was smooth, with the staff both helpful and friendly. When language was an issue, Google Translate worked a treat both ways. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. "Love this hotel, close proximity to everything in Kamakura. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk and all of the shopping is near by. You won’t be disappointed. I gave a 3 form amenities because there are only 2 washing machines with built in dryers and there was always a line to use them."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Beautiful hotel, the room was quiet and clean, I loved the pajamas and the whole property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Breakfast is a buffet of traditional Japanese food on one side and western on the other. Coffee, tea, iced coffee, juice, there a tons of options. The garden makes it feel private and peaceful."
