“Need more staff at the Cabana Bar”

“Stayed in one of the little bungalows and was really impressed. The staff was wonderful, the room was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. We had Lenny’s delivered and it was amazing. The beach access was immaculate. I can be a bit bougie, but this place absolutely met my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy.”

“We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but……
