Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday.

This hotel is disgusting, the manager is an aggressive man to came up to my wife in her face hitting our door, due to the fact that we had dogs in this “”””pet friendly”””” hotel. The manager lied saying he were out for 5 hours when we didn’t even arrive in town 3 hours before, they threw us out ...
