He starts to leave and we have to chase him down to hear he’s got to go look for an override key and he’ll be back. By now two other couples had arrived with the same instructions and same results. We’re now into this 1 1/2 hours, I recall the number to be told he had to go find something to help open it when asked for a timeframe no idea. So I ask for my money back and lo and behold my refund was $40.00 dollars short. But that’s my fault cause I cancelled. No communication, no apology nothing PLUS big surprise when you get there a huge parking rate per day parking. No other choice. This Vail Colorado run lodge and I guess they get away with it in Colorado but Utah be warned!!!!
