“Camila was very communicative and helpful. The cottage clearly has a history of high traffic, and while it holds a certain rustic charm, it's undeniably showing its age. The property feels quite worn and tired, with fixtures and furnishings having seen better days. On the surface, the cottage was tidy upon arrival, but closer inspection revealed that it lacked a deep, thorough cleaning. While the main living areas were presentable, the corners, baseboards, and other area's not immediately……

“If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.”

“It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”

“Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. ”

“We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until……
