We thought it has direct and private acces to the river, but it didn’t. We needed to croos a small street to get to the river.Overall we had a great time and should come back soon.”

“This property is exactly what we expected. The pictures we're very accurate, the water was slow-moving and clean, and there's an underwater limestone ledge for shallow sitting just before a nice, deep plunge into the brisk Guadalupe. Perfect angle for sunset viewing, too!”

“Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.”

“The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better and the pool/hot tub were amazing after a day on the river. It does have an induction stove which is tricky if you’re not used to it but the grill was great. Would definitely come back! ”

“The patio and the view are amazing! We spent a lot of our time enjoying the mild (for July in Texas) weather on the patio. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here! ”

“Easy arrival and communication. House was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We are a family from different parts of the state and decided to meet here for a wedding that was close by (Chapel Dulcinea) it was about 30 minutes from the venue and an easy drive. The house was perfect for our group of 9, everyone had space and a comfortable place to hang out. The pool was a hit with everyone. We did get to see a bit of wildlife while we were there and we appreciated that. Definitely would book...

“It was an amazing stay at a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the state!”

“We were very pleased with the property and the view of the Blanco from the large balcony that faces the river. Such a tranquil setting near the shops in Wimberley, just a few miles to shops and restaurants. There was a problem with the stovetop (2 burners weren’t working) but the owner had a repairman out to fix it within hours of our notifying him/her. The steps from the house to the river can be challenging, especially on the way up so we packed a small cooler before heading down. That meant...

“Overall, this house was perfect for our long weekend in San Antonio! Brand new house in a small subdivision close to the interstate.The one small issue we had was taken care of quickly and didn’t get in the way of our trip! We loved the layout of the house. The main is on the back of the house with the other bedrooms at the front. Great space for family or for adults needing privacy. Would definitely recommend staying here!”
