Home2Suites is my preferred hotel brand. The rooms are huge and the breakfast is above average (for hotel breakfasts). There are Tesla destination chargers right outside so that’s an added bonus. I always stay here!!!

Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued for another hour. I got very little sleep that night.

We paid 260 for a stay and then upon arrival were told our room was given to someone else because we didn't arrive exactly at check in time and it was upon a first come, first serve basis . Luckily hotels.com took care of the situation and issued a refund since the hotel itself said it was beyond their control.
