My husband and I travelled from NS, Canada. We were pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff were, how beautiful the view was, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Morning coffee on the dock was soothing and happy hour was so welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious and the Inn was quiet and safe. The location of the Inn is a convenient short walk to all the sites of St Augustine and perfectly situated away from the busy downtown. Big shout out to Rick for the great conversations - feel free to come visit!

The hotel is centrally located in a walkable area with easy access to the city center. The view of the Matanzas River is a bonus. However, in my opinion, it needs renovations and should offer better amenities.

Loved our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The rooms were recently renovated/updated, very clean and quiet. The location along the water and the Bridge of Lions provided scenic easy walking access to Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The happy hour and amazing hot breakfast completed our wonderful stay - we’ll definitely be back!

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location and on the water! This is a very affordable option for visiting st Augustine. It’s on the water, walking distance to downtown area (about .5 mile over the bridge but it’s safe), has a shared balcony and has local charm. Also easy to get to when arriving into town and do not have to deal with downtown traffic or parking. This was our second time staying there and will definitely be back in the future!

Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast is actually really good, and the view of downtown St. Aug and the Night of Lights is the best possible unless you can afford one of the luxury homes that take up the rest of the shoreline.

Views were great. Good location for walkers. 10 to 15 minute walk across the bridge to main parts of the city. Breakfast was good along with their happy hour. The motel is old and needs a refresh.

The location is truly fantastic — close to everything, safe, and very convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet expectations. The quality wasn’t great, The service were not very attentive and sometimes seemed overwhelmed.

From start to finish, Edgewater Inn was a delight to stay ar. The staff was pleasant and were always ready to assist in any way to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the daily Happy Hour was a great way to wind down the day. The Inn is within walking distance of all main attractions in historic St Augustine and the view of the city and the river from the rooms cannot be beat.
