The house was beautiful and plenty of things were already provided at the house which made it VERY easy for my out of state family/friends flying in. “We had a brief stay but enjoyed our time at Michele’s. We had what we needed: Big comfy bed, huge TV (which we never used), plenty of hot water with good pressure, coffee, treats, refrigerator and microwave, and a super friendly tortie cat. There was also a black lab who was so eager to play fetch, but our time was limited and she was fenced in (we probably could’ve just gone through a gate). I did play fetch briefly over the fence - one amazingly fast dog. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub...

“I needed to decompress for a few days, and this was perfect. Beautiful cedar cabin and property, close to civilization if you want it to be, but also far and quiet enough that you can totally unplug if that's what you want. The outhouse is clean and easy to use; the shower is a bit more of a walk than expected, but that's just a statement, not a complaint. It is at least as nice as advertised, on all fronts -- just make sure you know what's being advertised (outhouse , woodstove heating, etc). I...

“It was like being home. I moved 4 years ago and my home in Battle Ground was almost identical. I rent VRBO’s 6-8 times a year. This was the first that had toothbrushes, toothpaste, anti acids. Feminine products….everything was labeled. Instructions for everything in plain sight. The house was bright and the neighborhood quiet. The owner was quick to respond to anything needed. The location is perfect. If you find yourself in the area, this is a gem. ”
