"Sorry I didnt enjoy. Expensive but it was half term so I expected this with limited availability. Room smelt of smoke... small details missed. Charged for the dog which is fine but no blanket or even bowl. Only 1 small milk in the room.. unable check in on time which was already late at 3pm...slow ..."

"This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals"

That said multi-storey (sainsburys) is only a 10 minute walk away and only real issue is with dropping off and loading up with younger children ..."
