“The lobby staff was something less then desirable service and rude”

“It was ok. Nobody swept our room or emptied trash the first day. Breakfast staff seemed like they couldn’t keep up. Good location and front desk at check in was great.”

“I Loved my stay @Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Joseph Stevensville. Everything went smoothly from the time I checked in. My stay for 3 nights. Even my checking out. Arika was my check in and out person. She far exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond her job as being someone who deals with customers. She always had a smile, she was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had 5 rooms reserved. They were clean. The continental breakfast was delicious. Most people liked……

“Loved the great selection of the breakfast, was very good, except one day they were out of the hot food items a half hour before breakfast was over. Room was good and liked the pool and hot tub area. Walmart was next door and so was Applebee's.”

“The motel was next to the highway and a Pilot so that was convenient. The room was okay, but there were kids drawings on the wall and food bits on the wall behind the door. The beds were not very comfortable. The air conditioner smelled when the heat was on and the were a few broken windows on the property. They do serve coffee and packaged muffins for breakfast, so that was a nice travel snack. .”

“Pullout bed poor conditions waited hours for extra sheets and towels. No batteries on tv remote never got new ones on my stay. Door handle broke in bedroom door.”

“Staff was great. Housekeeping was so polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and as described. The garbage cans out side were a bit rough as far as over flowing, no bags, things that hold cigarette butts were turned over and butts everywhere. Outdoor furniture was a bit rough and didn't look like it does online. Pool is way smaller than as it appears online. Coffee is made once a day and once it is gone, it is gone. They put it out at like 6 a.m. and by 7 a.m. you're lucky to get any and they……
