“I was unhappy that the total price that I was told for the rooms by Expedia, was NOT the price that I paid when I checked out of the hotel. There was about a $15-$20 difference, which was more than what Expedia.com said that I would pay. The clerk at the front desk said the price was different because the price was quoted by a third party, in case Expedia.com. I was not happy about that.”

“Pullout bed poor conditions waited hours for extra sheets and towels. No batteries on tv remote never got new ones on my stay. Door handle broke in bedroom door.”

“Staff was great. Housekeeping was so polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and as described. The garbage cans out side were a bit rough as far as over flowing, no bags, things that hold cigarette butts were turned over and butts everywhere. Outdoor furniture was a bit rough and didn't look like it does online. Pool is way smaller than as it appears online. Coffee is made once a day and once it is gone, it is gone. They put it out at like 6 a.m. and by 7 a.m. you're lucky to get any and they……
