“Pros: Quiet spacious room. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Strong shower. Pleasant cooperative staff. Liked availability of extra hooks in bathroom for hanging toiletry bags. Cons: Shower floor was very slippery; requested non-slip shower mat but hotel had none. Closet was very narrow. Coffee pods were not replaced after first night.”

“Got the two room king beds deluxe suit . Really was just two adjoining rooms with king size beds . I will say for the price and location of the hotel it’s worth it when visiting Saint joes . But the mismatched and old appliances and continental breakfast were kinda a turn off and the fact the pool was open but not heated kinda a bummer . I will say it looks like the new owners are trying to make updates and repairs and I’m sure it’s not a cheap process. Overall had no issues bathrooms look newly……

“Good location and parking next to building. Good view of Lake Michigan in the upper park side rooms. But they need to prune the parkway trees. By next year their foliage will blossom city views in the 6th floor. Likely already obscured on lower floors”

“It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. It did smell very musty, which I know the owners were trying to fix as there are air purifiers in several spots. The AC was window units not central air. The beds were……
