“It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. “We enjoyed our stay at The Dorothy very much. It was like being home away from home. The host was easily available to help with any questions. It was clean, well supplied with everything we might need and then some. Everything we wanted to do was within 5 to 10 miles away. It was a quiet neighborhood, well maintained, and very comfortable. Lots of games and things to do in the basement and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. All in all, it was perfect.”

“Was very pleased with service given. Weekly and Susan were helpful and kind. Had issue with room being switch from 2 Queens to king when I requested disability. Went to wedding with son. But theu were kind enough to switch me to 2 queens nondisability on Labor day weekend. Gentlemen in breakfast room sweet . The company needs to do a little fixing around the room example chips in door of bathroom and iron after putting water in it for steam leaked all over. But other than that would return.”
