“The room was clean, my shampoo didn’t work though, so I used my back up shampoo. We didn’t ask for any room cleanings during our stay. Pool was great for the kids, there was periods of rain so it worked out. Parking was fine and we got spots next to the building. Breakfast we attended everyday to feed our two young kids, was happy with that. The area though seemed sketchy, so many homeless near by, they literally stare into your car as you are driving in. “The morning of the day we were checking in I received a vm from the manager saying she was running my card and had an issue. Stated I needed to return the call quickly or I would be at risk of losing my reservation. (Keep in mind this was for a 7 day stay!!). I booked thru Expedia and had selected pay at property so why it was being run before we arrived was odd. Room definitely need some love shown to it. “Staff was great. Housekeeping was so polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and as described. The garbage cans out side were a bit rough as far as over flowing, no bags, things that hold cigarette butts were turned over and butts everywhere. Outdoor furniture was a bit rough and didn't look like it does online. Pool is way smaller than as it appears online. Coffee is made once a day and once it is gone, it is gone. They put it out at like 6 a.m. and by 7 a.m. you're lucky to get any and they……
