“Stayed here before and it was great- this time not so much. I booked a king room and they gave me a queen, wasn’t too bothered since I did book through Expedia, and there was no price difference. However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room, ”

“Stay was fine EXCEPT the cleaning crew entered our room at 1001 am. My wife was walking naked out of the shower when the cleaning lady walked in. Necer in all my years has this happened. And am now calling thier coperate office about this ”

“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. I never got the refund. Went back and forth with Expedia who had to contact the hotel who now……

“We were initially very happy with the suite, as it had a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. However, the bathroom had serious issues. During the shower, the water in the tub rose to ankle level, and afterward the entire floor was covered in water. The sink also filled up quickly and drained very slowly. Because of this, my family member couldn’t use either the shower or the sink. It also appeared these problems had occurred before. Additionally, the trash bin under the kitchen sink was full, and……

“Great customer service family friendly.. very clean all amenities work..indoor gym,pool, hot tub accessible to all guest. ”

“Bed was hard and smelled strongly of bleach. Bring your own blanket and pillow. Breakfast was bad as well. ”
