“非常便宜，但是条件一般”

“The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. I called the phone number to the hotel and briefly talked to a worker. I told her of the mishap and that she would speak to the manager. She took my phone number and……

“The room I got was okay before inspection. I got a king bed for the night and underneath the desk were three little chocolate-like, maybe even “Milk Duds” candy droplets along the floor. In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. There was some accumulation of dust within the room too, which just makes it seem like it was never touched at all. When me and my partner went to the desk to discuss these issues,……

“Staff was great. My room was big, and clean. I will be returning to stay again. ”

“This property is basically completely torn apart for remodel… a detail not disclosed by Expedia during my booking. The entire common area is unusable. Paying for a night in a hotel that literally makes you scared for your safety is insane. On top of that, at 6am the fire alarm starts blaring and you don’t know if construction people started a fire or someone burnt their toast. Very very disappointed with this stay.”

“Although recently reported as renovated, the work to do so was quite poor in my opinion. My TV only worked every 10 minutes and was quite old. Bathroom mirror light did not work, no bath fan. The room furnishings were outdated. My door to the hall did not fit the opening very well and you could see through to the hallway from the room. Very unpleasant odors from time to time. On the other hand the location is very good, staff was nice, breakfast was decent, and the price was reasonable. Such……

“The pool and hot tub were both down. The hallways were dirty. They’re ceiling tiles falling in multiple places. It looks very old and rundown. Breakfast was hardly anything at all. Could not take a shower because black stuff kept coming out of the pipes.”

“Arrival was so smooth. The man at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and so was the premises. No problems during our stay. Breakfast was decent and check out was a breeze. Staff seemed very happy and willing to help. ”
