Clean and perfect location

This place was a great location. We walked everywhere. Love the coffee shop Gypsy souls and absolutely love the bar & grill called Broke n Bored. Nice pool and directly across the street from beach.

Neighborly, friendly place

The location was perfect! The ocean beach access was only 1/2 block away, restaurants within minutes, and the intercoastal waterway on the back side of the condo was so entertaining with boats, dolphins, manatee and sting rays swimming by. The condo was well equipped and clean. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because it was quite small, but we managed very well. Would recommend.

Our stay at the condo was really great.

The location of the condo is perfect - really close to many attractions, the beach and great restaurants. You have made the condo very comfortable with all the things we needed. Although, I could have used a couple more bath towels. There were in two bath towels in the bathroom, and with two people, sometimes we just needed another towel. Thank you again for your hospitality! I will recommend it to any friends planning to stay at Indian Shores!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for couples to get away and go to a beach that wasn’t crowded with people. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that you would need. If I could make one suggestion it would be to mount the tv on the wall in front of bed. Where it’s at you have to sit on the couch to see it. I am a total neat freak and wash all my clothes before I leave. So I was surprised that the washer and dryer were shared and you had to pay to use them. Overall though you couldn’t beat the price for such a great location to everything . Great suggestions by owners for places to eat and enjoy nearby. I would definitely stay again

Good place to stay!

The property clean and and stocked well with everything we needed. The canal out back was really nice along with the BBQ area if you wanted to use it. Convenient to lots of things. There were only two things that weren't so great but that was in NO WAY the owners fault at all. Albert and Susie were awesome in every way! The beach, though accessible from across the street, wasn't super kid safe when you have to cross 4 lanes with only a grassy median to stand on. Also, though the pool was REALLY nice and large, my little one was chewed up pretty bad by fast moving black ants. I texted the owners and they responded immediately in reporting it to the property. I wish the property would have checked up on us but all turned out ok.

Best VRBO experience EVER!

We use VRBO all around the world and have never had a more responsive host or a cleaner space. This condo is right across the street from the beach, but not a drop of sand anywhere and everything was so clean and organized! It had everything we needed and was exactly like the picture (although the entertainment center was a different one...same style). The bird sanctuary across the street was amazing and FREE!! Walk through there to get to the beach and save two birds with one stone. 😂😂 The shuffleboard outback was so fun and waving at the boats going by made us feel that we were living the high life!! The condo has EVERYTHING you can think of and even stuff you can’t. Thank you so much for blessing us with the use of your condo!! Now if you could just control the weather....😂😂

Perfect for a couple!

Everything we expected. Very comfortable for my husband and I. We spent most of our time in the back facing the canal! So peaceful and beautiful! We saw dolphins, lots of different birds and a bald eagle. My husband caught a lizard fish, cat fish and a small hammerhead shark! The owner Susie responds to all messages very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay.

This was a last minute decision for us so we felt very fortunate to even find a place to stay. This was an efficiency, but it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, even though we didn't cook, appeared to have every utensil you would want or need. Our only recommendations would be some sort of information (other than use the remote) on how to connect to the television. Also would have liked to had a small stool and a grab bar in the shower. Slipped a couple of times, would have been nice to have something to grab. Overall, a nice stay.

Girls trip

This condo was in an awesome spot. Could walk to a lot of the bars and restaurants. We didn’t get much time at the beach because of the red tide but the pool was awesome!!!! Owners were super nice.

Great location

The property was clean, and well taken care of. The pool was huge and amazing for the kids to play in on down days. While not right on the beach it was just a short walk away so perfect location. Property manager was so easy to talk to and replied to messages in a very timely manner. Will be staying at this location again!

Shabby chic

This place had everything we were looking for. Beautiful location and amenities. We especially enjoyed the water just outside the back door. The short walk to the gulf beaches as well as great restaurants made this a convenient place to stay without a car. The pool was also very nice.

Amazing experience

This is only my 2nd time visiting FL, and renting this place made it so much better! The room was cozy and very clean. It was so close to the beach and also had a channel right out the back door. It was pretty awesome to be grilling as we watched dolphins swim thru!! The owners were extremely nice and always responded to any questions or concerns I had very promptly. The only thing I would complain about is the ph in the room. It is pretty outdated and super uncomfortable (but then again so are most pull out couches lol) This place was amazing and I would highly recommend them!!

Perfect little room

Room was perfect for what we needed. Pool was the best in the area, it was absolutely huge. The only complaint I have is that the TV is poorly located. You are not able to see it at all from the bed. Other than that it was great!

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved this condo! The pool is steps out the front door and the beach is right across the street. The back patio was my favorite spot to sit. I saw dolphins, manatees, and other marine life while sitting out. We also fished back there and caught quiet a few fish. The bed is super super comfortable. The shower has awesome water pressure. There was plenty of towels, washcloths, and personal care items. The whole place is just comfy and clean. My husband and I very much enjoyed it!
