The resort offers 2 pools, a hot tub, huge fishing pier, and the popular on-site Marker 8 Tiki Bar Restaurant (with a full menu ) and Live music !

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a Balcony, TV , dresser and a large closet. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, new kitchen island and kitchenette featuring a two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker , a Keurig, and a toaster confection oven. The condo was very nice and clean. The property wasnt dirty but the restaurant/tiki bar trash smelled bad walking through the parking lot to the elevator. The properry was right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets every night.

We were looking for a resort stay on the Gulf coast and staying here for 5 nights offered every every thing we hoped for....tiki bar on the water with the most beautiful sunsets, swimming pools, restaurant and the most friendly staff! They were all great! Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Great place!
Linda was very nice and resposive The place was well appointed. The Tiki Bar and pool were lots of fun. The location was great. I'd go back, but avoid the weekend if you aren't a night owl. Folks were apparently having lots of very noisy fun in the tiki bar last night. We went for Tarpon Springs, but fell for Dunedin It's a charming town
