Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located oasis. Want to be near the city and beaches while having your own private backyard sanctuary? This is your place to enjoy it all. This home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a private heated pool. The backyard has been filled with beautiful large palms, bamboo, and other zen features to allow you and your family to enjoy a relaxing and easily accessible stay in beautiful St. Pete.

This property is a multi-unit property. There is a garage apartment located in the rear section of the property and it is also a rental property. The garage is kept for the owners use and is not able to be accessed by either the front house guests or the apartment guests. The apartment has a separate private entrance from the main house and there is no access to the pool/backyard area from the apartment side.

*Guests have the option for larger parties to book both the main house and the garage apartment (only if both are available at the same time) which can accommodate up to 8 guests.*

Perfect family vacation spot, very convenient, they have it all!

Every aspect of this rental was stellar. The house is in a little neighborhood a few blocks out of a busier area, we felt like this was perfect- it was quiet for us at the house but we could literally walk to places to eat and grocery was a couple minute drive. Michelle is terrific as a host, clear communication and so pleasant. House easy to find and locks were very easy. House itself is a wonderful little bungalow, updated, very clean and stocked with so many things! Pack n play, high chair, great kitchen- indoor and outdoor plates, coffee bar, wine fridge, toiletries in the bathroom, pool toys, coolers- everything we could have wanted. Beds were extremely comfy and bedding was lovely- 2 queens with plenty of rooms, nice closet space so house could stay clean. Washer and dryer which we used, washing machine pods provided. TV had Disney plus which my son went bananas for. Kitchen is modern. But the backyard..... OMG!!!! Gorgeous. Perfect size pool with an shelf entry for sunbathing or little ones, limestone tile, lounge chairs, and stunning tropical trees and landscaping. We felt like we were on an island. And the pool is HEATED! 83 deg, was so lovely. We relaxed and they even provided an age appropriate flotation device for our little guy. Truly cannot recommend this place enough and will go back. Only thing to be aware of- not a downside for us- is that there is no table to eat inside- there is a counter with stools. Again- was great for us, no issue.
