"I am 5’2” tall and could not reach the adjustable shower head in my room because the controls were on the shower head which was nearly to the ceiling. Therefore I couldn’t take a shower during the entire time of my stay. Also, the tub was too slippery."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn. It was close to many dining options, close to 6 Flags, and just overall a really nice hotel. The 2 bedroom suite was a great option and I would definitely recommend. Plan to stay there again in the near future. "

He definitely stood out among the other desk employees and they were not as welcoming or friendly. Our room was clean and the property was taken care of adequately. Good Job Mark!
