"Roaches came out of the fridge when I opened it, the entire room smelled of smoke so bad I had to wash my clean clothing the next day, they didn't have my reservation so wrong room, at 2 AM there was a domestic dispute outside my room I was glad I had my gun in case bullets came through my window, and I left the next morning to get a safe room. This is the Quality Inn, which I did not know upon booking. This is where people stay when they step up from being homeless, and the school bus stops...

"I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. "It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands.
