“This is my second time staying at this location. The first time this property was under different management. Dorsen picked up right where the other management company left off. The building was clean and smelled great. The apartment was clean. I did have a couple of not so great experiences, however. I was really put off by the paid parking in the garage. This was not the case with previous management. Be prepared to factor parking cost, $30/24hrs, into the cost of your stay. I also……

“The room was nice but it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The building was also in an area away from River street and our view was of a run down apartment complex, not the river and downtown area like I was expecting. Made walking somewhat questionable because it wasn’t in a great neighborhood and was further away from the river and parks area than expected.”

“The room was clean and neat. But the room I selected had a stove. The water didn't work in the kitchen part and there was no stove. But I would possibly stay again because the workers were very nice and this was my 2nd experience and the first was great no complaints.”

“I booked through Expedia. I arrived at the hotel only to be met with there were no rooms available. I got no call nor email. Not sure if this is Expedia’s fault or hotels for lack of communication. However the host this day did quick work at getting me into a decent room and the rest of the stay was pretty good.”
