“Booking and check-in: 0 stars. It was like applying for a car loan. As soon as we paid, we were required to upload multiple documents, confirm identity, etc. My identity was confirmed on Expedia, which I have been using for decades. Room: 2 stars Not bad on its own, but we ran out of hot water even though we had not been using any prior. The hallways reeked of skunkweed, which got into our room. We were in ATL for a wedding, and just hoped that we did not smell like we had been……

“The 4 bedroom townhouse was excellent -very clean and the location was great. Everyone working there was excellent except the person that checked us in. The swimming pool, bikes and gym were not available. Very disappointing since we packed bathing suits and were looking forward to bike riding. We found this out when we checked in. The townhouse was booked through Expedia and paid in full. I was charged two additional bills that I wasn’t sure what the charges were for. I contacted……

“My AC never worked. Called maintenance who reset it and told me to wait a few hours. It didn’t work. Called the front desk who told me I waited too long, maintenance was gone, they didn’t have a fan, no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel.”

“I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again.”
