Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. “Clean and well decorated apartment facing a pretty yard. The location was close to everything in Knoxville, which was a huge plus for us. The streets in the neighborhood are not lit and full of turns so make sure to use GPS at night. The only downside was the seating room furniture is uncomfortable and the beds have no box spring so it's not the most comfortable sleep.”
