"I like that there was a store to buy gifts in lobby. I like that there was a Starbucks in lobby and a restaurant on first floor. What I didn’t like was the Elevator broke down when I was in it with some other people and I got scared but we all were able to get out and told a worker what happened and he was able to bring us to our appropriate floors on his elevator. That night the elevator got fixed and it was fine the next day. All and all I loved the hotel and would stay there again."

"The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely not recommend the restaurant in the hotel. It was honestly the worst meal we’ve ever eaten and we are not picky eaters"

"Nice location, good coffee friendly people. Facility is not equal to rating online. Our mattresses were old and needed replaced curtains at both windows had holes in them"

"Didn’t like, not very clean, floors were filthy, carpet was so sticky you couldn’t go without shoes, location was good, glad we only stayed 2 nights, but we did see some bears on property"

"Room was spacious and very clean. Pool/hot tub areas were nice. No lifeguards on duty, which is fine because I watch my children. Towels provided in pool areas. Breakfast was descent, could use almond or oat milk for allergy folks. Check in was quick and easy. Some of the front desk staff could be friendlier. Beds were comfortable. Microwave available for use down the hall, which was nice if needed. Rooms are quiet, you can’t hear anyone (running) above you which is nice. The resort is very clean and smells delightful! The only thing is there’s no designated smoking area, so there are times you are walking into a cloud of smoke or the smell of smoke from guests smoking outside the main entrance. Resort is in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants."
