“My fiancé and I book with VRBO primarily, due to their “host-free stay” policy. We thought this was a private studio apartment, but it is not. It is an upstairs loft in the host’s home. The host was present in the house attached to this property when we arrived. When we entered the property, we were met with the sound of blaring TV noise coming from the host, and were immediately uncomfortable with the fact that there was another individual staying here, so we decided to leave. “My husband and I took a trip to Tennessee with our Chihuahua and had a great stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The room and amenities were exactly what we expected based on the listing. Everything was clean, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a big plus.The host was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions.
