"Check in was 4pm and we didn’t arrive until almost 5pm and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the room was not ready. It seemed like that’s what they were telling everyone. "

"Parking was fine. The room was horrible. Great that we had a kitchen, but the beds, both the murphy bed and the sofa bed were SO uncomfortable. Both of them felt as if you were sleeping on direct springs. For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they acted as if we were another inconvenience to their day to check us in, and again to add the night owl experience to our stay during the week. For the cost of the resort, I'd much rather stay somewhere different and just pay the cost for a day pass for the water. Will not be returning. "

"Everything was nice. It was located right near the Island and parking is great. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. Enjoyed staying here. Will go again."
