“I had a good stay at Quality inn & Suites in McAlester Ok. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Check-in was quick and location was convenient with easy parking. I was in town to visit lake Eufaula, and the hotel was a great place to stay while exploring the area. Overall, a pleasant and affordable stay.”

The floors were sticky, and overall the place felt extremely unsanitary. The person at the front desk was friendly, but he seemed to be under the influence of something and did not appear completely coherent. The floors were filthy, and the bathrooms and beds were covered with hair. This hotel isn’t just……

“I booked this room for my niece and grand nephew and paid the full asking price upfront so they wouldn't have to pay anything at the property but when they arrived they were turned away because she didn't have $50 to leave as a deposit. Turned away with no other option but to drive the remaining 4 hours to my house exhausted and lucky not to be a statistic the response from the management of the hotel was that the $50 would have been refunded and there would be no refund for the room rental.
