There was more than enough to do that we ran out of time. There was an issue with room and the resort had maintenance there within minutes and everything was resolved!

Room was nice, however sofa bed was not made and I had to go to retrieve sheets from the front desk to make it myself. Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning.

What a perfect little spot! Private but close to everything. Gorgeous cabin and such creative use of space! Absolutely loved it. We didn’t have kids with us but 100% recommend for kiddos, there is an entire area dedicated to kid space. Just a perfect spot!

The 100 year old hotel is in very good shape. Our room was clean and quiet. The hotel is right at Staunton's downtown for shopping and dining. The hotel breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. The staff was courteous and helpful. The free parking garage was adjacent and easy to use.

Maid tried to walk in my room 2 times without knocking before 11 am checkout time. I have a dog and she wouldnt close the door after she saw we were still there. Very unprofessional.
