I have stayed at this place probably 10 times in the past. I asked for a downstairs room. because of back issues and was given that but the toilet was about 1 foot off the floor which is not good for a bad back. then when I checked in I couldn't find my driver's license and was told that they couldn't check me in in spite of the fact they more than likely had it in their system. Since when do we have to show id for a hotel room. Was asked if I had my passport - yes but 3 hours away. I asked for manager and was told they didn't have one - everyone has a boss so that was a lie. I finally did find my license but will never stay there again. due to customer service.
