Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Start a load of towels before you leave and toss in the dryer. We can fold.

Wipe off the counters and replace clean dishes.

Take trash up to either bin on the driveway.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.

Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

We had an amazing time! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable! We had an amazing view of the lake! Kim was an amazing host! We will be returning to this great spot!

My husband and I stayed in the guesthouse for part of our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Cozy, welcoming, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub, sharing laughs, and just enjoying time together. During our stay, we also explored some great local restaurants and took a beautiful boat cruise. The guesthouse was spotless and felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary weekend

The space was just as advertised. The amenities were above par. The view was awesome. We had planned to do several things over the weekend but opted to stay at the property and just soak in the view and the hot tub!

Perfect getaway for r&r

The place was pretty amazing and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as lounging in the dock while watching sunset. Everything was as we hope for. Kim was very kind and accommodating to our requests.

Second stay

This is our second stay here, and we love it. Response time with the owners is quick if you have questions. Check in is easy. We took advantage of the hot tub and Lilly pad. The dock is really nice shaded with seating. Will stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for just a little escape from adulting. We thoroughly enjoyed not having to go anywhere and spending three entire days just lounging around and taking it easy. The house and accommodations are fantastic and exactly as described. Super clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Anniversary trip
