"Traveling with a child. Our flight was delayed, called to make sure our room reservation wouldn't be cancelled. At arrival at hotel the front doors were locked, indicates some measure of security. Hyatt place excellent job from top to bottom, very clean facility and professional staff . The breakfast staff were a pleasure to interact with also "

"Traffic noise was a little loud on the back side of the hotel. However for our purpose of the trip to go to Cincinnati Reds baseball it was very convenient. "

"Overall a great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, great service. Our only issue was that one of the cleaning staff took my debit card from my room. It had been deactivated because of fraud, so I had left it sitting in the open on TV stand…but it was a little disheartening to know that someone would do that. I would recommend a stay there though, as long as you don’t leave money or wallets sitting in your room unattended while you’re not there."

"Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and good condition. But breakfast was cold eggs bacon potatoes could have been warm. Not too happy with surroundings outside of the hotel. Overall it was great!"
