We are located less than a few miles from downtown, the Capitol complex, FSU, FAMU and TCC. We are also located near numerous restaurants, shopping, parks and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. As stated above, we are located in the Old Town neighborhood of Tallahassee. It is a quiet, mature, downtown residential neighborhood minutes away from the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. Restaurants, shopping and parks are all within walking distance or a short car ride. We are truly "At Home in the Heart of It All".

Parking is located on the property. Two covered parking spaces are reserved for guests at The Gathering. The neighborhood is good for walking, biking, driving and has convenient access to public transportation.
