For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
We are happy to welcome pets! For stays up to 7 nights, a one-time pet fee per pet, per stay of $150 is applied during the booking process. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night, charged separately after booking confirmation. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification about the applicable pet fee. Breed restrictions apply.
