The rooms are dated where they have redone things. Clean linens. No bar soap just a pump soap in shower which was not good. Pump soap by sink was orange thick soap and not suitable to wash your face. Have to ask for a hair dyer. Not in rooms.

This is our first time staying at the Charlotte Hotel. I have wanted to stay for a long time, but it is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area. Inside house was clean. Wifi didn't work. Bad cell coverage. Pool heater not working. Damaged pool tile. Exposed Elec conduit on dock. Cute place if better maintained.

Very clean, nicely decorated and had all the items we needed. Great location, right on the water with large firepit that we got to enjoy. Excellent communication by owner! I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
