We really enjoyed our stay. Room as very spacious... not cramped at all. Room was exceptionally clean. The only draw back is there could have been a little more light. There were only 2 lamps on the room.... a floor lamp and 1 lamp on 1 side of the bed... my husband did not have a lamp on his side and there was no lamp on the desk... some corners were a little dark and it was a bit had to see. This was not a big deal. We just moved our bags to where we could see what we were doing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

2 TVs were not able to be sign into. One was the downstairs bedroom and the other was the one out on the patio. There wasn’t a plug for the griddle and could not find it. Everything else was great! Cabin was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of amenities. Contacting the renters was easy and had immediate responses. Thank you for the great time!

We had a really nice stay at Laurel Point Resort! The room was clean for the most part. We did notice a few small hairs on the shower ceiling, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue for us. Check-in was very smooth, especially considering we arrived around 7:20 PM, about two hours after the normal check-in hours had ended. I really appreciated that we were still able to get into our room without any trouble, and we were able to complete the rest of the check-in process the following day. The Wi-Fi in the area did go down for a while during our stay, starting at night and lasting overnight into the following afternoon. However, the staff communicated with us well and let us know once it was working again. It wasn’t a major inconvenience since we were out and about for most of our stay anyway. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and really appreciated how helpful and communicative the staff were!
