Staff was courteous. Basically had no amenities. No toilet tissue in room , tv didn't work in bedroom , no bath cloths,fire alarm kept going off. Just a very run down place.

Workers gave me bad information said ferry wasn't leaving and directed me to waiting area when ferry was boarding. Happened to me twice.
