The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.

"Being a regular at the hotel it’s always been excellent and this time is a repeat of our experience. Clean rooms, great location and a great selection of breakfast items. The only thing that bugs me with this hotel is the £20 a night parking fee but it’s secure and covered by CCTV so its something we pay for peace of mind."
"Second stay at this hotel, so it must be good! We had another enjoyable stay, and would return again! Staff helpful and pleasant. Room spacious and clean with kettle and refreshments. Comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo and body wash, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe and TV. Everything one needs! Excellent breakfast, and about a 15 minutes walk into the City Centre. Car Parking available at the hotel too for an extra cost."
