“The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. ”

“Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!”

“Host was great, quick to answer any and qll questions. Only complaint, and its more personal than their fault. I like a soft bed, the beds there were very firm. But again, thats on me not them. Apartment was clean and stocked with basics.”

“For the rate we paid, I would have much rather stayed at a hotel. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt dirty from the moment we walked in. Towels were dingy, the TVs barely worked, and the furniture felt more like dorm room pieces—not suitable for a comfortable adult stay. We didn’t even use the blankets because we were genuinely concerned about what might be under them.Several windows were left unlocked, which made us uneasy, especially given the sketchy area. There were homeless……
