“It was ok”

“everything about our day was pretty good. The only issue we had was when we got there after 3 o’clock our room was still not clean. We had to wait about a half hour to get into our room. So we were unable to check in until about 4 PM. so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour.Yes, it was a minor inconvenience, but not enough for me to take away a star. The breakfast was delicious and everything about the staff and the cleanliness of the room when we finally got in there was superb. Thank……
