The hotel itself was good for what we needed for two nights. It is clean, basic, and comfortable. We were in town to visit and sightsee, not stay in a hotel room, so it met our price needs. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful. There is a tram stop right outside the front door for an easy to use public transportation system. Our only complaint is about something not in the control of the hotel. The open air drug use and used needles on the sidewalk a block west and in many other places in downtown Toronto.

The location can't be beat. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Very helpful. The room is small thats ok..just use it to sleep and shower. No need to hang around to much to do and see. Continental breakfast discontinued no one was using it. Coffee and tea provided. You can't beat the price either. Ty you Chas and Sidera u r the best. Even gave my friend a an umbrella to use .

Hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Outside area was dirty, and many addicts, needles, and homeless people. Glad I wasn't alone, safety would've been a big concern. Front desk guy was very nice. Room was ok...tiny, bed area clean, bathroom was kind of surface clean, but areas really needed attention...didn't use the shower...floor wasn't great and grout, caulking needed work. I got a random $30 charge to my card...I was told the top sheet was burned in 2 places, and that was the charge. We didn't light or burn anything in the room. I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.
