"My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!"

"The apartment was clean and looks recently updated. We were a family of 5 and while the 2 beds worked great, the 'futon' was crazy small and unusable, which was unfortunately because we got this place to sleep 5. I also don't know why a hot tub was listed because we didn't see one. Overall it was a nice stay but there definitely needs to be more accurate information in the listing, including how to park."

"The digital locking mechanism was not locking the door to the paid rental. The locking mechanism did not have a deadbolt feature. Had it had a deadbolted feature, I would have stayed. The front door was not functioning properly for me to feel safe and comfortable with the overall stay."

"This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again."

"Overall the unit had all the basics including laundry. I would have liked some laundry detergent and coffee but this was minor and I went out and purchased both so not a major issue. "
