“The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!”

“I appreciated the cleanliness of the property; big beautiful house with great yard and access to the river.I would have preferred a binder with info and check out information; I was uncomfortable with being asked to wash and dry the linens used prior to check out as we had 7 adults utilizing 4 rooms plus towels. It would have been preferred to leave in the laundry area.My advice: Add a binder with instructions!”

“My husband and I were traveling for business so weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities this rental had to offer and there was a lot! We found the Witchy House very spacious and stocked with everything we could need including a big kitchen, nice washer and dryer, full size fridge, large bathroom with plenty of clean linens, plenty of room in the living room to chill and fun witchy stuff everywhere. It was cozy and comfortable with all the character and charm of an older house. Stacy answered my……

“The access to the lake was deceiving. The path was overgrown and a couple of us fell on the way down. We drove the car around to leave. There wasn't really a path. it needs to be cleared out.”

“The property is perfectly situated near the intersection of several major autoways. It is also beside a large shopping center and has excellent access to the Adirondacks. Aside from that, the host was extremely responsive and helpful and resolved all questions immediately. Finally, the property is very well equipped, and the host thoughtfully included many items that are rarely found in rental properties.”

“Came from Ohio to visit my mom. Booked this gem of a place! Just what I needed. Super clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely stocked with everything needed, and then some! (the basket under the sink filled with essentials in case one forgot something was impressive) A plus for our host Chris, very prompt responses to any questions we had. I visit 2 -3 times a year and will definitely book again. The area is close to the mall and several restaurants. Great neighborhood.”

“The house was immaculately clean, inviting, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The setting was exactly what I was seeking on lovely Kayuta Lake at the foot of the Adirondacks, easily accessible, and with a great view of the lake. The rowboat and screened in patio by the shore were a nice bonus. The rental price was quite reasonable and more affordable than many places on Kayuta and other Adirondack lacks.
