“Der Empfang im Hotel war leider sehr unfreundlich, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, was man an der modernen Ausstattung merkt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, allerdings nicht direkt am Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die TV-Auswahl – inklusive Netflix – was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht……

“Clean spacious room, comfortable. I was able to check in early, which was great after an early start from UK. Central location, great to explore Tralee, I don’t get chance to enjoy a breakfast or the onsite eateries, but I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay ”

“Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. “We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Hotel Killarney. Our room was wonderful, and the view of the lake was incredible—such a peaceful way to start and end the day. Breakfast each morning was top notch with plenty of great options. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring the area. The hotel also has several comfortable sitting areas throughout the property, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. In the evenings, there’s entertainment in the bar starting around 9:30 pm,……

“We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in……
