Property is nice but on the first floor carpet needs to be shampooed and some of the door needs attention especially the borders. STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND THE SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!!

My last day for two nights was horrible. My room was not clean first night when I asked about the room. Why was it not clean? They told me that I have to stay there three nights in order for me to get my room clean that’s despicable.

Very busy hotel on weekends, could use a bigger dining area. Also would be nice to have more options for the continental breakfast that is included with the stay. All in all, I really liked a lot this Hotel, SpringHill Suites by Marriot, in Tuckahoe.

The suite was beautiful and comfortable. I especially loved the sliding bathroom door. It was practical and made the room more spacious. Only negative thing was the coffee maker. It was small and made a mess coming out like it clogged in certain parts. But other than that small thing, even the breakfast was excellent, giving us many options to choose from. Highly recommend it!

Contrary to over a century of hotel room layout wisdom, this hotel has the coat closet very far from the front door, the bathroom in embarrassingly right in front of the two beds, and the TV is hard to watch from bed. I guess they can't change the room layout but thought I would mention how dumb it is in hopes that it doesn't become a big trend in new hotel architecture.

We are so happy to have found a place where we can stay with our family of six in one room! We did have to wait quite a while for extra sheets and blankets for the pull out. The (small) breakfast buffet ran out of several items multiple times and staff didn’t seem to be moving very quickly to refill it, but we do love this hotel.

Property in local neighborhood. New hotel and rooms spacious. Good bar at night and breakfast in morning. Unfortunately, is noisy at night and my room had no hot water and sink clogged.
