Great Location!

Loved this stay. It’s a perfect location, has everything you need and even had extra beach toys for my kids. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, has several food places within walking distance and the porch and outdoor shower were wonderful for brushing off sandy kids!

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed this property! I would definitely stay again. The appliances are a little out dated but all functioned just fine! We were all very please and 6 adults slept comfortably!

Wonderful trip

We loved every hunt about Tybee island. Our location was perfect, we could walk to shops and food but also the beach. Mermaid cottages were extremely friendly, and helpful. When we come back, we will be looking for more properties run by this group

Merwonderful home and weekend

This home is very well kept and the extra bonus of a fenced yard was a plus for our pets. The home is just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again. My grand babies loved the toys to play with and we sat down as a family to put together a puzzle and play a board game. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Fantastic and clean!

First, let me tell you about the amazing host Tammy! She is an absolute doll! This little cottage was perfect and meet all of our needs. Great location. Close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Best part was the screened porch. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect for everything, the beach, restaurants, peace and quiet, it’s great!! Great kitchen with everything to make a meal, plenty of room for privacy and the sunroom..We stayed out there more than anywhere in the house! We love Mermaid Cottages and have stayed with them for years!!

Being on Tybee Time ~ Priceless

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation at our Mermaid cottage. Having the outside shower and deck was an absolutely convenient, it helped tremendously with keeping the sand outdoors. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
