“It was horrible!! The room had Black Mole on the ceiling whereby I got 5 Asthma Attacks. The Carpet was Wet. Asked to be moved to another room but was denied ., Night shift manager was adamant about changing our room due to fact we were put in a Handicap Room with a king bed. The room next to us 104 & 106 but was not allowed to move even though they had King Size beds. They didn't have any other Handicap rooms which we didn't request for in the first place. They did say after complaining……

“This is one of the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at, I dare to say the actual best! It was clean. The amenities were fabulous. The staff was wonderful. “The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay”

“The room was not as clean as it could have been, it could use a good deep cleaning especially in the bathroom. The carpet was damp and I had to keep my shoes on. Hoping it had been shampooed and just wasn’t dryThere was no phone or hairdryer in the room. When I flipped the light switch by the door no light came on, I had to leave the door open while I found a light that was working. I had to keep adjusting the mattress, every time I sat down it would slide to the other side.”
