"Great staff. Well run. Great food. Big luxurious bathrooms with plenty of big towels. Old Southern charm. Comfy beds. Fluffy pillows. Good linen. Students everywhere. Chapel Hill is a great Uni town. It is my midway stop when driving from Florida to PA. "

"Great location. We went to a UNC game and the property was super convenient to the stadium. It took us 15 minutes to get back from the game. Great decor with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in a VRBO. Bonus, a deer came through while we were loading the trunk to leave."

"The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for a big group. It was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job. The linens were changed and bathroom was mostly cleaned but the kitchen needed help. I would also suggest having something, like a binder, that gives guests information about the area and things to do; emergency info; instructions for checking out, etc. The house met our needs for our group but it is really bare bones. "

"Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!"
