“Everything is perfect! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Great hospitality!”

“I really wanted to give this property a 5, but the fact that our building didn't have an elevator spoiled it for us. Having to lug our things up flights of stairs was a buzz killer. I don't remember that being in the description when I booked through Expedia...if so, I definitely would've tried to request something else. I will say, the staff was friendly, the fitness room was decent, and the shuttle was a plus. We loved the room, even though our view was just a hill of grass. We were told……

“Everything was great, thank you”

“好好👍”

“Since it’s a family-owned business, they treated us with so much warmth and kindness. Everything was wonderful, and our entire stay went smoothly. We felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommend!”

“Best spot I’ve stayed in Vail”

“Very good! Location is excellent for skiing. Furnishing and other services are excellent. Very worthy of its price.”

“Everything is perfect.”

“寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。”

“The staff were very kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast in the morning and the cookies in the afternoon. Our kids loved the hot chocolate.”

“A”

“The room was very nice! The front desk staff, it so helpful. Our toilet got clogged and was told helpful would be on the way. 1 hour later someone finally showed up with a plunger! In fact they told me to leave the plunger two doors down because apparently they needed it too. Not a fun morning needless to say!”

“Always a great place to stay for a few days passing through Vail.”
