FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Air Conditioning: There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, the living room, and kitchen. The house does not have air conditioning but it is rarely needed. The house is shaded by mature maple trees and there's almost always an afternoon breeze off the lake. The ceiling fans will put you to sleep when there is a rare muggy night.

Cell phone service: Most cell providers don't work well at the lake house due to hills around the lake. AT&T has the best coverage at the house.
