"As a local you’ll know the area and feel comfortable in it - if you like the area. As a tourist, you’ll feel comfortable when you see every entrance way has a lock. From the front door, to the staircase to get into the area where the rooms are, to the rooms. Each lock has its own code. The parking also is gated and locked. "We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part:
-views are amazing. Direct ocean view.
-the pool is huge and great for families with kids!
-the parking area is large, we fit three cars.
-separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room.
The not so good part:
-it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open...

"Absolutely stunning place. This Ocean view modern house will satisfy everyone. Beyond the stylish rooms we were surprised by a big outdoor territory with tennis court and tons of palms. Outside grill area with music, tv, and drink fridge is a perfect spend time place at night.
But the best thing everyone felt in love with was a huge 12 person
hot tub right on the beach where you could enjoy sunsets in warm ocean water with a drink in your hand. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable...

"This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and because there were 9 of us decided to use VRBO rather than pay for multiple hotel rooms. The house had enough space, was clean and the Lourdes was very helpful. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around the island and use Google translate if you do not speak Spanish. "Stayed almost 6 weeks and found it worked perfect for us. Jose was a fantastic host and gave us many tips about the area and even took us on a tour. We were only a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach and home to sea turtles.
