Come see the best of what Downtown Stuart has to offer in this 440 square foot studio apartment. Located on the second floor, this home was built in 2004 and has ceramic tile throughout, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The studio shares a courtyard with the main house and there is a gas grill, couches, chairs and a table to enjoy. This Key West style apartment is located on one of Martin County's most picturesque streets. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper couch that folds out as well. There are only two units in the building and there is no association. Stuart was voted “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” in Coastal Living in 2016 and is known as The Sailfish Capital of The World.

Onstreet Parking is onstreet on 5th about a 2 minute walk from the Studio. Outdoor common area with gas grill and seating.

Downtown Stuart is a 5-10 minute walk away where there are over 50 restaurants, shops and the historic Lyric Theatre. Enjoy waterfront dining and live music! Stuart even offers a shuttle service from Downtown to the surrounding area including California Ave!

This studio was perfectly placed for our walking week in Stuart! It was just enough space to crash in the evenings next time we will look for first floor accommodations though - parking down the street was only inconvenient on check in / check out days.

Perfect Little Studio
I really have to commend the owner for making sure that everything that we might want or need was in the place. It was extremely well stocked and was so nice. It was a tad hard to find but once found it was easy to get back. Really close to downtown so easy walking and can't say enough about how well it worked for us. Would stay again.

Look no further!
This is my 2nd stay at this property and I will be reserving this location next year. It just doesn't get any better. The Host Michael was great & responded immediately when I had a question. This location is perfect, the neighbors extremely friendly, the area is safe, and the apartment has all the creature comforts of home. The YMCA is close by & I was able to keep with routine visits to the pool. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and also in downtown Stuart (in walking distance). The beaches are close and beautiful. Other than my suggestion below this studio is a superb rental. My suggestion; since the couch is the only seating other than chairs at the high-top table it's the one piece of furniture that should be extremely comfortable and it just simply was not. Thank you Michael for another great stay in Stuart! Hopefully, I'll see you next year...

Very good. Host was good to us. Condo suite was not clean upon arrival but host cleaned it for us and we got in about 2 hrs later than planned. You-tube TV is a pain in the butt to use but we didn’t watch a lot of TV anyway. Didn’t like the 5 pm check in/10 AM checkout. Seems like we spent $$ for a day less than planned.

Perfect!
It just doesn't get any better than this. This unit had everything you could think of. It was clean, great location and anyone I passed walking by was friendly. The parking was close, it was peaceful, I felt very safe, and everything worked. The accommodations were just simply remarkable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in local/walking distance area of downtown Stuart. If you don't want to walk - there is a shuttle service that is top notch - the shopping & restaurants were great.

This property was clean, had everything you’d need for your stay, and had the cute essence of the beach. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Stuart where you can eat, drink, shop, and view the water in one of Florida’s cutest small towns. I would recommend and stay here again!

I rented this spot for my daughter and I. We were in town for a nearby event. We have stayed at one of Michael's properties before, so I knew it would be an excellent experience. The place is perfect for two. Well equipped and very clean. Great location, close to the beach, and close to excellent restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.
