“I reserved this property due to its supposed vicinity to the Milano Centrale train station. Supposed because in reality the property is in another town, outside Milan. I came to check into the property at 9pm following the map shown on VRBO property profile, which clearly shows a couple of blocks away from Milano Centrale. But surprisingly it is not there. The owner didn't respond when asked for a refund and said he could not find anybody at VRBO customer service due to the late hour of the……

“The room is very big and nice. The kitchen is also good but there aren't too many plate.”

“Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Next to city.”

“I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful.”
