“飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。”

“If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. “Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. “We really enjoyed our stay at Locanda San Paolo in the heart of historic Monza. Its location is walking distance to the train station, as well as the Palazzo Reale and park, Duomo, shops and cafes. The only drawback is the noise from the cafes at night that lasted until 1:00 am. The service was exceptional- Olena and Matias were so helpful as were the owners who helped us when we first arrived and made sure we had a taxi for our transport to the airport. We would love to come back and stay……

"Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation. I write down my experience in this hotel on the hotels APP to warn future travelers to pay attention to their front desk routines."
