I needed a solid, cost-effective two-night stay while in the Cincinnati area on a road trip. This delivered. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Clean. Quiet. Close to amenities. Convenient to 75 and Cincinnati. If I had one nitpick - and it's a tiny nitpick - I like having some bathroom countertop space to put my stuff down. There literally wasn't any here, so I had to put stuff on……

“General maintenance would increase this from a 2 star to a 3.5. Big Windows but all dirty. Floor needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Bathroom was ok. Had to get cigarette burned sheets changed twice. Stop using those sheets, no one wants to sleep on a burned sheet. Maintenance guy very kind and helpful. Another Good thing was that the bed was very comfy. Stairwell and outer hall desperately need a power wash. If they took the time do a big clean this place would have felt and looked so much……

“This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space.”

“Very comfortable beds, and very nice extras. We would suggest a note of some sort to let guests know about the dishwasher switch.”
