Warraq al Arab Vacations from $911

Lovely hotel & helpful staff. The pool at the foot of the pyramid was very cool, literally & metaphorically. I really enjoyed my swim! Great breakfast. Don’t love that the curtains in the pyramid view room couldn’t be pulled back to actually enjoy the view properly. The hotel is very close to a pyramid but it’s behind a wall about a 15 minute walk to the main entrance. If you scare easily, you might find the rough alleys & rubble around the hotel a bit overwhelming as the property of off the main road in a residential community. Fair warning about the massage: it was extremely creepy & unprofessional. He did it on my bed and it was SUPER awkward. In hindsight, I should’ve stopped it.

To start off the location on hotels.com/expedia.com were incorrect. This hotel is on the Main Street which was very noisy and upsetting since we picked this property based on location. The rooms were not sound proof. Additionally, we had 3 rooms for our group and 2/3 were not cleaned. One had a bloody towel and the other had the bathroom supplies used/open. We also never received housekeeping automatically, which I did not mind but good to know if you like a clean room. The excursion team there did not support in cancellations which I was not happy about as someone from our party fell ill, he did not give us a refund at any capacity although we were promised a partial refund as the deposit was already paid to the tour operator, the GM did not give us a refund after multiple messages. Breakfast- Yes Breakfast is free but it is the same leftovers each day and unsure what most of it was. Nothing special compared to other hotels in the area. Some parts I liked was they gave a free water bottle each day, and the regular staff was overall friendly.

This was my second time staying at King Cheops Inn. Even though it had been about a year since my last visit, the staff remembered me. They are all very kind and helpful. You will not find a better breakfast at any comparably priced hotel near the Giza Plateau. And it’s free. Lots of other hotels skimp a bit on breakfasts (pre-packaged, pre-made, small portions, etc). King Cheops Inn goes the other direction and gives you too much food, all homemade, all hot and fresh. The view of the Great Pyramid from the rooftop restaurant is unmatched. I will definitely stay there again.

They gave me two different rooms, then due to a miscommunication, a guy told me that if I wanted breakfast I had to pay extra. The next day, I complained to someone at reception and found out that asking for a simple cappuccino wasn't included in the breakfast, because espresso or cappuccino are extras that have to be paid for... I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, and what's more, it's not even specified here on this site, so I'm also angry with hotels.com. Subsequently, I used a hairdryer to dry my hair, and it caught fire. To top off this experience, which fortunately only lasted four days, I thank goodness I had an unlimited internet plan with Airalo, because the hotel's Wi-Fi is not only slow, but every 10 minutes, even if you don't move your phone, the connection drops. It's a shame because the hotel is in a good location, but it needs a lot of renovations and more attention to the building.

Everything is perfect just the location it's not good for discovering Egypt cities
